Principal
Justin Billodeau, P.E.
As a partner and founder of Arch Consulting Engineers, PLLC, Mr. Billodeau is involved in many aspects of the firm’s operation. His responsibilities include the preparation of engineering proposals; budgeting and scheduling of projects; preparation of structural designs, drawings and specifications; review of drawings for quality control. He will also provide assistance during the construction administration of projects including review of shop drawings, response to technical questions, and performance of field inspections.

Brad Farris, P.E.
As a partner and founder of Arch Consulting Engineers, PLLC, Mr. Farris is responsible for assisting in providing all structural design services including technical studies, building load analyses, structural reports, CAD drawings, technical construction inspection and other miscellaneous structural services related to each project. Mr. Farris is responsible for reviewing construction documents prior to each submittal ensuring quality control. He also assists with technical questions and issues that may arise throughout the design and construction phase.
PROJECT MANAGER
William Anderson, M.C.E., P.E.
Mr. Anderson is responsible for the preparation of engineering proposals, structural reports, structural analysis and design, structural drawings and specifications, and review of drawings and calculations for quality control. He is also responsible for assisting in the construction administration of the projects by responding to RFI’s, reviewing shop drawings, and performing site observations as required.

Andrew De La Rosa, E.I.T.
Mr. de la Rosa is responsible for structural building analysis and producing CAD documents throughout the design phase. He is also responsible for assisting in the construction administration of the projects by responding to RFI’s, reviewing shop drawings, and performing site observations as required.
